The USRP-SX310 is a high-performance, next-generation software-defined radio device designed for advanced software radio design and development. The USRP-SX310 supports frequencies from DC to 6GHz and can accommodate two RF daughterboards, providing a maximum single-channel bandwidth of 160MHz. It operates in full-duplex mode, supporting simultaneous transmission and reception.
As the digital processing core of the USRP-SX310, the Xilinx Kintex-7 410T provides the main components including the RF front-end, DDR3 and host interface high-speed connectivity. The FPGA comes preconfigured with all the necessary components for controlling digital downconversion, digital upconversion, fine frequency tuning, and various other DSP functionality through the UHD. Users can take advantage of the spare space of the resourceful Kintex-7 FPGA and the RFNoC development framework supported by USRP to develop and implement their own DSP processing modules.
