Application of Lock-in Amplifier SE1201 in Absorption Spectroscopy

    2025.03.12

In August 2019, the team of Huang Yinbo and Cao Zhensong successfully used a self-built 3.66μm laser heterodyne radiometer in the Golmud area to obtain the absorption spectra of HDO and H2O in the atmosphere. The average columnar density during the experiment was 1.07 to 1.4g/cm2, and the HDO/H2O ratio in Golmud during the observation period was 163×10-6 to 193×10-6. During the spectral research process, the team of Huang Yinbo and Wu Pengfei optimized the altitude interval in the retrieval process based on the analysis of the altitude grid, and reduced redundant information through the refined altitude layer. At the same time, the study used reverse trajectory analysis to study the relationship between H2O (HDO) density and atmospheric motion, and based on the observation results, it was shown that the origin and path of the airflow can affect the H2O density and isotopic abundance.

    2024.12.20

Common spectrum analyzers mainly use digital display. Each point on the display trace represents a frequency range. This frequency range is called a "bucket". We use some mathematical operations to extract the information data we want from this bucket, and then display the data on the display. Buckets include two concepts: "frequency" and "duration":

  • A new solution to field effect transistor pairing test, STA999X series

A new solution to field effect transistor pairing test, STA999X series "Expert Mode" makes the problem curve clear at a glance!

    2024.12.13

In the field of semiconductor devices, field effect transistors (FETs) play an indispensable role in circuits with their unique conductive properties. The core of FETs is to use voltage to precisely control the flow of current, including the gate, source, and drain. It controls the charge density by changing the gate voltage field, and then adjusts the resistance to achieve precise control of the current.

Application of Lock-in Amplifier SE1022 in the Research of New Photoelectric Detector

    2024.11.26

The research team fabricated a nMAG/epi-Si detector with low defect density and spectral dependence, which has high responsivity and detectivity at a wavelength of 1550 nanometers, suitable for near-infrared optical communications and high-resolution imaging. It has high gain and self-quenching characteristics under low reverse bias, which reduces noise and improves signal stability. In addition, the low noise and fast response of the detector enable it to achieve a data transmission rate of 38 Mbps. These characteristics indicate that nMAG/epi-Si heterostructures have great potential in the fields of infrared detection and optical communications.
