SDR-S2972-24/44 is a new product developed by saluki. Which is based on the classic radio equipment SDR-S2972. It has an increased transmission and reception frequency range up to 24GHz/44 GHz, At the same time, it inherits all the functions and advantages of its predecessor.
The RF front-end of SDR-S2972-24/44 is integrated in the AD9361, which supports direct up-and down-conversion at the RF end, providing bandwidths up to 56MHz in real time. The AD9361’s dual signal chains provide coherent MIMO capability. The host computer communications with the FPGA, which uses the Artix 7 XC7A200T model, via USB 3.0, for signal processing and control of the AD9361. The USRP-S2972-24/44 delivers a maximum throughput of 61.44 MS/s and is powered by open-source, cross-platform UHD, which supports most applications and SDR frameworks such as GNU Radio, Matlab, LabView.
