Release time :2021.03.25 Reading quantity:1092

GPS simulator/ GNSS simulator is used to test device which relies on satellite signals to ensure it can perform to the demands of the job. GNSS stands for Global Navigation Satellite System, including GPS, GLONASS, Galileo and Beidou system. Among these systems, Beidou system (BDS) is a global satellite navigation system completely developed by China.

On December 27,2018, according to the latest report, the news spokesperson of Beidou satellite navigation system, Qi Chengqi, publicly announced that the construction of the basic system of Beidou No. 3 (BDS-3) was completed and officially provided satellite positioning and navigation services to the world. This indicates that Beidou navigation system will be used in many countries and regions around the world.

The new BDS Open Service Performance Standard (version 2.0) are as follows:

(1) System service coverage: global;

(2) Positioning accuracy: 10 meters horizontal and 10 meters vertical (95% confidence level);

(3) Velocity accuracy: 0.2 meters per second (95% confidence level);

(4) Timing accuracy: 20 nanoseconds (95% confidence level);

(5) System service availability: better than 95%.

Saluki NS8340 series GNSS constellation simulator is a multi-constellaltion and multi-frequency point analog source for global satellite navigation systems. The NS8340 series has satellite navigation signal analog output capability with BDS, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo constellation and its mixed constellation, providing high stability standard 1PPS pulse signal and 10MHz clock signal output. It is suitable for various user machine design and development, production testing, teaching demonstration, equipment testing and routine detection applications.
