Experiment name: Sound field visualization experiment of high-efficiency acoustic Fresnel lens
Research direction: Acoustic pressure gain at the focal point of high-efficiency Fresnel acoustic lens in water
Experiment content:
(1) Transmission efficiency and sound pressure gain measurement at the focal point of a common Fresnel lens without a grid structure on the back.
(2) The transmission efficiency of the high-efficiency Fresnel lens with a grid structure on the back and the measurement of the sound pressure gain at the focal point.
Testing purposes:
The transmission efficiency of the designed water-immersed ultrasonic high-efficiency Fresnel lens and the sound pressure gain at the focal point are verified and compared with the common Fresnel lens.
Test Equipment:
Schlieren imaging system: power amplifier (SLA-HVP-112, saluki), laser, intensified charge-coupled device, camera , ultrasonic transducer , signal generator.
Experiment procedure:
(1) Build a schlieren imaging system;

(2) Pour water into the tank;
(3) Attach high-efficiency Fresnel lenses and ordinary Fresnel lenses under the transducer for imaging experiments, obtain and analyze the experimental results;

Test Results:
Schlieren imaging results of high-efficiency Fresnel lens and ordinary Fresnel lens:

The effectiveness of the amplifier in this experiment: driving the ultrasound transducer, matching the circuit and amplifying the output power.
